About us,
We were married in 1996 In Oklahoma. We moved to Southeast Texas in 1998 where we purchased a small 42 acre place where we enjoy deer hunting and gardening.
The wife and I are both proud and strong supporters and members of the NRA , and we are Life Members at the Endowment Level. We are committee members of The Friends of NRA Chapter in Jasper TX.
We have many fruit trees and a very large pecan tree. They all keep us and our family and as well as our Church family well fed. We enjoy our Church family, although small, we are strong.

. Well, here is the latest Womack news. On 06-26-08 I had rotator cuff repair surgery to the left shoulder and doing fine as frog hair. The biggest challenge is learning how to do things one handed, even the simplest daily activities require some problem solving to accomplish with one hand. The experience is a wonderful lesson in humility.
The surgery was performed by Orthopedic surgeon Dr. Timothy Shaw in Livingston at Memorial Medical center. If you should find yourself in need of medical attention I highly recommend this facility for their sense of professionalism, attention to task and level of compassion. The staff we interacted with at the hospital were very sweet , attentive and down right friendly. Dr. Shaw and his staff at his office are very friendly and helpful, down to earth and treats you as a person with individual needs by listening to you and explaining things in terms any one can understand. With his down to earth approach and blue jeans/ tennis shoes he might or could be a redneck.

.More News; I lost my wife to an idiot that fell asleep at the wheel and hit her head-on the morning of 10-10-08. It happened at about 5:35am. Our Anniversery is 10-26 and that is a hard day for me, not to forget that the Christmas lights is something we did together. Christmas was our favorite Holiday, for it is the birth of Christ. We always talked about the Holiday all year long trying to come up with lights and things to out do ourselves from the year before, trying to make it bigger and better. That is when we came up with LOR last year. I do not know how I am going to do it but I now have 20 foot mega trees to put up and all the other lights, all on my own.......................All things are possible in the eyes of our LORD.....
.P.S. Just another note. It was time for renewal of my CHL and Sheri wanted to get her first license. So we went together and took our tests. We both passed our written and our shooting tests. We aced both of them. Sheri wanted a Glock 40cal. for her birthday (9-6-08) so I went and got it for her, she was so proud of it that she carried the pistol to all our friends and showing it off to all. She never got to shoot it. It is still in the box untouched........Her CHL card came in the mail the day after she was killed, she never got to see her new license.............GOD bless her ......
.
Our Prayer;
God grant me the Serenity to accept the things I cannot change.....
the Courage to change the things I can.....
and the Wisdom to know the difference.
Amen!
